2 prenatal visits
In-depth visits to build your birth plan, review your pregnancy history, and prepare for labour together.
Continuous birth attendance
Dr. Simone stays with you for the full duration of labour — breathing, positioning, guided visualization, and hands-on comfort support throughout.
1 postnatal visit
A follow-up visit to assess your baby (jaundice, milk intake, latch, soiled diapers) and check in on your own healing, mood, and breastfeeding.
Unlimited phone, text and email support
Direct access to Dr. Simone throughout your pregnancy and in the postpartum period for questions as they come up.
Naturopathic treatment options available during labour
Botanical medicine, acupuncture, homeopathics, nutritional counselling, and supplement review — integrated where appropriate as part of your care.
