About Dr. Simone, ND | My Approach
You Deserve to Feel Heard
Too many women leave doctor's appointments with a prescription, a pamphlet, and more questions than answers. If you've ever felt dismissed, rushed, or like your symptoms were normalized instead of investigated — you're not imagining it. That gap in care is exactly why I became a naturopathic doctor.

My Story
I know what it feels like to not be heard.
Growing up, I struggled with digestive issues that doctors consistently minimized. Visit after visit, I was offered symptom management and told to move on. Eventually, I just accepted the discomfort as normal — because no one was telling me otherwise.
Then I started working with a naturopathic doctor. For the first time, someone had the time to actually listen. We investigated root causes. We treated me — not just the symptoms on paper. It changed everything.
That experience didn't just change my health. It changed my path. I went on to complete my BSc and Doctor of Naturopathy, and I've built my entire practice around giving other women the care I once had to search so hard to find.
When I'm not working with patients, I'm out staying active, spending time with people I love, and working my way through a good book.
What I Focus On
I work with women navigating PCOS, hormonal acne, fertility concerns, and other hormonal imbalances.
What makes my approach different is where I look.
Hormones don't exist in isolation — they're in constant conversation with your digestion, your stress response, and your skin. I call this the mind–skin–gut connection, and it shapes how I investigate every patient's case.
When you come to me with a concern, I'm not just looking at your labs. I'm looking at your story — your history, your lifestyle, your context — because that's where the real answers live.
I'm also a trained birth doula, which means I'm honoured to walk alongside women across their full reproductive journey, from hormonal health to conception, pregnancy, and beyond.

My Philosophy: Evidence-informed. Whole-body. Genuinely collaborative.
I believe sustainable health doesn't come from rigid protocols — it comes from personalized plans that actually fit your life. My approach is grounded in science, but built around you: your schedule, your goals, and where you're starting from.
Healing isn't something I do to you. It's something we figure out together.
